Rectangular stoneware wall plaque from Søholm, designed by Svend Aage Jensen, produced on the island of Bornholm, Denmark. The piece features four raised oval relief motifs arranged in a vertical row, each with an incised grid pattern — a design characteristic of Søholm's mid-century stoneware production from the 1960s–70s.
The glaze is Søholm's signature deep blue with brown highlights showing through on the raised areas where the glaze is thinner — a hallmark of the factory's distinctive blue stoneware series. The reverse is unglazed dark stoneware with a hanging loop for wall display.

Condition: Good vintage condition. There is a small chip to one corner, minor and consistent with the age of the piece. Marked on the base: Søholm Denmark.
