A beautiful hand-thrown studio ceramic vase, most likely made by an independent Danish potter in the 1970s or 1980s. The piece features a rounded, bulbous form with a gracefully tapered neck — a classic silhouette of Scandinavian craft tradition.

The vase is made from red-firing earthenware clay (rødler), which shows warmly through the semi-abstract geometric blue glaze pattern. Each side of the vase is slightly different, giving it a lively, organic quality. The throwing lines are visible, celebrating the handmade process.

No maker's mark on the base — consistent with small independent studio potters of the era who often left their work unsigned or whose marks have worn away.

Good vintage condition. Minor surface variations and glaze imperfections consistent with age and handmade production — these add to its character. No chips or cracks.

Perfect as a decorative vase for dried flowers, pampas grass, or a single stem. Also works beautifully as a standalone object on a shelf or windowsill. Pairs well with: Hygge interiors, wabi sabi styling, mid-century modern and Japandi aesthetics.
